Transformational Coaching

Transformational Coaching is the process of assisting others to access the power of God for deep change.  Let’s unpack this definition:

1.  Transformational Coaching is the process

Like life and learning, transformational coaching is an ongoing process.  Creative growth and the development of new freedom to change are hallmarks of this process.  Through coaching people develop insight and receptiveness to the processes which God is using to make them more whole.

2.  Transformational Coaching is the process of assisting others to access the power of God…

Using a variety of exercises, Transformational Coaching positions people to safely experience God’s healing presence, power and love resulting in renewal for themselves and others.

 3.  Transformational Coaching is the process of assisting others to access the power of God for deep change.

The role of the Transformational Coach is to come alongside an individual, family, or group, positioning them to experience new freedoms: freedom to be authentic, freedom to address issues which inhibit healing and wholeness, freedom to change, freedom to fulfill dreams.

Whereas traditional coaching is present and future oriented, Transformational Coaching recognizes that the past powerfully influences the present and future.  Addressing root causes and barriers to deep change leads to sustained freedom and lasting effectiveness.

Transformational Coaching is about empowered movement leading people toward superior performance, commitment to sustained improvement, and positive relationships.

Simply stated, “Transformational Coaching accesses the power of God for deep change.”
